At Signal: The Tech and Leadership Lab at Columbia University, we prepare emerging leaders to navigate complexity, build inclusive systems, and act with integrity in high-stakes environments. Our programs blend social science, strategic coaching, and experiential learning to help individuals lead with clarity and purpose—on teams, in organizations, and across industries.
Our current initiative focuses on collegiate women athletes. Developed in collaboration with Beyond the Game Coaching and the Association for Elite Athletes’ Individual Success (AEAIS), this new science-backed program equips participants to transition confidently from college sports into their next chapter. With workshops, peer cohorts, and one-on-one coaching, participants build the tools and vision to become leaders in business, social enterprise, or public life. We’re actively seeking partners to help shape and grow this work—through advising, sponsorship, and co-creation.
